Eligibility 

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By registering an account on the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.  

Scope of Services 

Billplus  provides Users with access to digital payment services including, but not limited to:  

• Purchase mobile airtime and data bundles;
• Pay for electricity, cable TV, and educational services;
• Fund a virtual wallet through integrated third-party payment gateways;- Access transaction history for personal reference.

All services are offered on an “as available” basis and may be amended, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion and without prior notice.  

User Account Obligations 

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials. Any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security must be reported to us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we suspect is engaged in fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise unauthorized activity.  

Wallet Funding and Payment Transactions 

Wallet funding shall be processed exclusively through secure, third-party payment processors duly integrated with the Platform. All payments are deemed final upon successful processing and are non-refundable, save where explicitly stated otherwise under applicable law. In the event of a failed or disputed transaction, Users must contact our customer support with sufficient documentary evidence for review and potential redress.  

Fees and Charges 

Billplus  reserves the right to impose service charges on certain transactions conducted via the Platform. Applicable fees will be disclosed to the User prior to confirmation of each transaction. We reserve the right to revise our pricing schedule at any time without prior notice, and such changes shall take effect upon posting.  

Third-Party Services 

The Platform integrates with services and application programming interfaces (APIs) provided by third-party entities, including but not limited to telecommunications operators and utility service providers. We disclaim liability for service disruptions, errors, or losses attributable to the actions or failures of such third parties. However, we will use reasonable efforts to assist Users in resolving disputes arising from third-party service interactions.  

Prohibited Conduct 

Users shall not:  

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity using the Platform;
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the Platform;- Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent any affiliation with a third party.

Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillsMaster and its affiliates shall not be liable for:  

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in service caused by third-party providers or your own acts or omissions;- Unauthorized access due to your failure to maintain confidentiality of your credentials.

Privacy 

Your personal information shall be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.  

Intellectual Property Rights 

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property appearing on the Platform are the exclusive property of Angien Global Technologies LTD or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.  

Termination 

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or suspected unlawful activity.  

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.  

Amendments 

We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
